Changes to Men’s Golf Grade Splits – Effective 1 January 2023

Members are advised that as of 1 January 2023 new grade splits will apply to male golfers. Members are reminded that the number of grades applicable and prize allocations for all events are dependent on the number of starters. Full details and can be found in Conditions of Play in the Golf and Tennis section of the website.

Grade Splits as follows:

Normal 2 BBB Stableford Events with singles.

• 17 – 34 starters – 1 Grade
• 34 – 52 starters – 2 Grades, A Grade + to 15, B Grade 16 – 54.
• 53 starters or more – 3 Grades, A Grade + to 13, B Grade 14 – 20, C Grade 21 – 54

Medals, Monster Thursdays and singles events with no 2BBB event.

• 23 – 44 starters – 1 Grade
• 45 – 66 starters – 2 Grades, A Grade + to 15, B Grade 16 – 54
• 67 starters or more – 3 Grades, A Grade + to 13, B Grade 14 – 20, C Grade 21 – 54
