2023 SUPER SENIOR PENNANT ROUND 3 LIVERPOOL GC

After a bye last week it was off to Liverpool GC for Round 3 of the Super Senior Pennant. Our opponent was Cumberland who had won their first two games so the pressure was on. Weather was a little unsettled initially but as the day progressed it improved to an excellent day for golf. Scores were close after nine holes but our Team stood up on the back nine and came away winners 5.5 to 2.5 in the end.
Congratulations and well played by our Team. Winners were Les Szkirpan 3/2, Michael Prokurat 1 up, Phiillip Cue 5/3, Ray Thacker 3/2 and Robert Blackman 1 up with Bernie Balagtas finishing all square .
Our next game is on Friday 18 August 2023 at Cumberland GC where we take on Penrith.
